What this means: Elster is the only authorised performer approved to embody and present the Jakkals Vibes™ stage experience at public events, private functions and festival bookings, subject to written confirmation through Vocal Events.
Important clarification (to avoid misconceptions): Elster is a performer appointed for stage appearances and promotional content. He is not “Jakkals Vibes” as a person or identity. Jakkals Vibes™ refers to the creative project, brand and intellectual property (including the mask concept, associated logos and visual identity). Any use of the Jakkals Vibes™ brand, mask, likeness, name, logos or stage persona by any third party requires prior written permission from authorised Jakkals Vibes™ management.
Media & content: Official photos, posters and promotional materials featuring Elster holding or wearing the Jakkals Vibes™ mask are authorised campaign assets.
