Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the www.jakkalsvibes.com website (the "Service") operated by JAKKALS VIBES (PTY) LTD (Reg No. 2025/917415/07), trading as Jakkals Vibes™ ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the Service.
1. Music and Content
All music, audio content, visuals, graphics, photographs, logos, branding, and written content on this website are owned by, or licensed to, JAKKALS VIBES (PTY) LTD and its respective rights holders, and are protected by South African and international copyright and trade mark laws. Any unauthorised copying, redistribution, reproduction, or modification of content is strictly prohibited without express written consent from JAKKALS VIBES (PTY) LTD.
Trade Mark Notice: The Jakkals Vibes™ name and associated logos are trade marks of JAKKALS VIBES (PTY) LTD, with trade mark applications filed. Any unauthorised use and/or reproduction and/or adaptation of these trade marks is strictly prohibited. Enquiries for permission to use the Jakkals Vibes™ trade marks (for example, possible licensing arrangements) should be sent to the main inbox with LEGAL in the subject line for routing to our legal counsel:

Trade mark applications for Jakkals Vibes™ have been filed, amongst others, in relation to the following goods and services:
- Class 9 – eyewear, digital media, music files, downloadable content, software, AV equipment, and related goods.
- Class 25 – clothing, footwear, and headgear.
- Class 41 – entertainment, music production, publishing, concerts, shows, and training services.
2. Bookings and Purchases
Bookings: A booking enquiry is a request only and is not binding until a written performance agreement is signed. Deposits, cancellation, technical riders, travel and postponement are governed by that booking agreement, handled through Vocal Events.
Merchandise: Official merchandise is sold through independent, licensed retail partners. Those purchases, including pricing, delivery, returns and payment, are subject to each retailer's own checkout terms and privacy policy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under South African consumer law.
3. User Content
If you submit content to us specifically for promotion, reposting, competitions or campaigns, you confirm you own or have permission to use that content and that it does not violate any rights of others, and you grant Jakkals Vibes™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use and share that content for those purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing. This does not apply to private enquiries or personal messages sent to us, which we do not use for promotion.
4. Links to Other Websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Jakkals Vibes™. Jakkals Vibes™ has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jakkals Vibes™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
